Alto's on the store

Monument Valley 2, as a weekly game reader saw the path

This was the second card on 16 October, behind a higher average and ahead of a lower one. It was also the card with the rating count I trusted most that day, because 725 is a wider base than 61 or 94. The order still followed the average. The count is why the diary spends time here.

Morning — two names on one card

The artist line read ustwo games. The seller line read ustwo Games Ltd. I kept both, because they are not the same string. Genres on the card were Games, Adventure, Puzzle and Entertainment. The Netherlands price was €3.99. The age rating was 4+, and the advisory list came back empty. Version 3.10.604 was dated 4 September 2025 as the current version. The minimum system was iOS 15.0, the highest floor of the three cards. Size was 325.5 MB. Id 1187265767. Bundle id com.ustwo.monumentvalley2.

The Dutch description talks about a mother and child moving through impossible architecture, illusion paths and sacred geometry, and it calls the game a sequel to an Apple game of the year from 2014. I copied the sequel claim as store text, not as a trophy this masthead is handing out. The portrait still saved from the card is the one in the phone frame on the front page. It is a store frame, shown whole.

Afternoon — 4.4 beside 725

The unrounded average was about 4.43, which displays near 4.4, from 725 ratings. That put the card under Alto's Adventure and over Threes!. If the rule had been "widest sample", this card would have led. It did not, and the front page says why. A reader who cares more about sample size than about the printed average can swap the order in their head without me hiding the numbers.

No install total was published. I did not invent one to make a 325.5 MB puzzle look busy. The page also does not claim the game is free of ads or of purchases. Those sentences were not in the fields I filed. Absence is the note.

Evening — the path stops at the store

iOS 15 is a real gate. A phone that cannot meet it will not care how calm the still looks. The 4+ label is Apple's, and an empty advisory list is also Apple's, recorded on 16 October rather than upgraded into a promise. Language codes on the lookup included NL, EN, FR, DE, IT, JA, KO, PT, RU, ZH, ES, SV, TH, TR and a second ZH. I am listing codes, not claiming I played every localisation.

The release date on the same lookup was 30 May 2017. I am not using that date as a freshness claim. The date that belongs next to version 3.10.604 is 4 September 2025, the current-version stamp. An original release and a current build are different lines, and only the second one tells you what the card was offering on the day of the check.

Where it stands tonight: a paid adventure-puzzle card, €3.99, 4+, version 3.10.604, 325.5 MB, iOS 15 or later, average near 4.4 from 725 ratings, seller ustwo Games Ltd. The binary stays on the App Store.
